On Saturday, the Parties That Cook chefs rolled over to the Marina District to lend a hand at the 14th Annual Junior League Home Tour fundraising event, A Day by the Bay. For those of you unfamiliar with the event, spectators pay an admission fee for guided tours of the historic and elegant homes dotting the San Francisco Marina. The proceeds from the event go to family-centric organizations like Ronald McDonald House, Support for Families of Children with Disabilities and Homeless Prenatal Program.

The morning began with fog and quickly dissolved into sunshine, making for a great day for outdoor grilling! At the helm of an amazing dual grill truck provided by Dacor, our chefs churned out platters of delicious Mini Gyros Pita Pockets with Grilled Lamb and Tzatziki Sauce (and a vegetarian option with fresh Grilled Zucchini, too!).
