Fresh from the Farmer’s Market: Salad of Avocado, Orange and Black Olives

We stopped by the farmers market this week to indulge our craving for this favorite pear-shaped pleasure. Beyond a standard guacamole or California roll, avocados make refreshing spring salads when balanced with sweet citruses and Kalamata olives.
