Amazing avocados are currently in-season here in California. We stopped by the farmers market this week to indulge our craving for this favorite pear-shaped pleasure. Beyond a standard guacamole or California roll, avocados make refreshing spring salads when balanced with sweet citruses and Kalamata olives.
